We only have one option for parties. (We will still honor parties booked on our old party system)
Your party will start upstairs for 45 minutes of private time, (you can check in no more than 15 min. early) followed by one hour of Nerf play downstairs for one hour of shared play. This is a "pay to play" party, prices range from $6 - $12 per player, depending on the day you are scheduled, and age of child, (see pricing tab) The upstairs private party room will be an additional $50.
The birthday child will receive a free upgrade and a free visit for his/her next visit. We will provide all other guests a free tier 1 blaster. If you would like to upgrade the guests blasters, please let us know when you check in. Guests may bring in their own blasters (we do not allow megas or rival) Hosts (limit 2) can play for free, any additional adults will be charged to play.
We can accommodate up to 26 guests. We provide the tablecloths (orange and blue for Nerf colors), Nerf colored decorations, and white, orange, or blue plates, cups, and forks. for paying party guests only. We do not supply table wear for additional guests who are not paying to play. (please bring your own for them, as we do not have additional table wear) At this time we do not offer or allow any changes in decorations. We will allow cake, ice cream, snacks, and simple foods like pizza brought upstairs, just remember it is limited to 45 minutes. Afterwards, ALL of your guests will need to come downstairs. Our downstairs area only provides 12 seating spots, so more than likely, parents will be standing unless they are playing.
We will take care of cleaning upstairs when your party is over, so please do not throw the table cloths etc. into the trash, or remove any decorations, we will take care of this for you. Please remember to take your presents, remaining food etc. to your car as soon as your 45 minutes is up, as we have no space to hold it, and we need to be able to clean for the next party.
Coupons, discounts, and promotions are not accepted for birthday parties, please save those for another day.
ALL PARTIES REQUIRE A RESERVATION Please have each parent/legal guardian sign a waiver online or in store for their child. Waivers must be signed by parent/legal guardian only. Once the waiver is sent to us online, you will get a confirmation to approve. If you do not approve the confirmation, we will not have a valid waiver, and you will need to fill one out in store.
We suggest reservations be made 3 weeks in advance, and once your guests RSVP, we would need you to call a day or two in advance to let us know the count, so we can have the tables set up with the correct amount of guests.
All players must wear socks! no shoes or bare feet. We do sell new socks for $1.00 if any of your guests forget. Please bring water for all players.
